Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Layalie . However, if something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and stress-free.
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We do not charge restocking fees what you see is what you get, including our return policy.
To start a return, please contact us at info@layalie.co and include your order number. Our team will guide you step by step through the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
