We want you to be happy with your purchase from Layalie. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
unused and unworn
in original condition
returned with original packaging
We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service for safety.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to complete processing.
